This is the first version of a standardized questionnaire of EARTh. It is only a pilot questionnaire and can be used freely from all members if they wish to do so. It is open to revision and some questions may be omitted or others added if needed. It could be sort of a guideline especially for novice therapists  to keep the interview focused in case they get lost.
