ADMISSION QUESTIONNAIRE
The Membership Committee recognises that a regression therapist must have some working exchange and feedback system with colleagues or trainer, structurally or through workshops. Therefore, the Membership Committee asks for the applicants' reasonable opinions which are based upon their own experience and training; and hopes that applicants will enjoy expressing their views on this questionnaire:

through the incident he is working on, no matter how long this may take?
11. Do you consider the past life account of a client a factual story or a
symbolical representation of something deeper?
12. Do you use other sources than the client's account to gather information,
such as spirit guides, rituals, prayers?
13. Do you see the images around the client even before he has contacted them

19. What kind of Regression Therapy process did you go through
yourself, as a client?
(Please state the approximate number of hours and the
name and qualification of the therapists that have worked with you.)
(EARTh recognizes that a regression therapist must have been or be working as a client with regression therapy, for at least four sessions.)
(EARTh understands that there are few "right and wrong" answers for such questions and this current questionnaire is not complete or exclusive, and it can and should be changing according to the development of the field and knowledge.)
