2) Although they are known as small files, mp3 files may not be compatible with Windows Media Player, which is the most common media playing software.

3) The best, fastest and free way to send video and audio recordings is to upload such files to filehosting sites such as

or
DepositFiles.com (up to 300 MB) http://www.depositfiles.com

Later, you can send your upload links to the secretariat and/or the arbiters and they can use these links to download your files to their computers.
