Early booking fee: 10% off for your registration before 1st of May.

In case of cancelling up to 10 weeks preceding the Annual Convention an 80% refund will be given. Between 10 and 6 weeks preceding the Annual Convention a 50% refund will be given. Refunds will not be given within 6 weeks preceding the Annual Convention.
