I am Wendy Gillissen. I was born in Delft, the Netherlands in January 1969.

I have been fascinated by dreams and past lives since childhood.
The concept of reincarnation was never alien to me, from a young age the idea of living more than one life seemed a completely natural thing to me.

Though in my heart I wanted to become a past life therapist, I decided to study psychology to lay a solid ground for my work as a therapist.
I studied Clinical Psychology at the University of Leiden and graduated in March 1999.

For my thesis I conducted a little research on the effects of dreamwork in groups on the participants' general sense of wellbeing. It was exciting to see I could actually measure a statistically significant positive effect with the members of the two dreamwork groups I conducted.
I also started to get truly enthusiastic about conducting dreamwork groups and I have given groups and workshops on dreamwork ever since on a regular basis.

The thing I find wonderful about dreamwork is how our dreams help us on our journey of self-discovery in a amazingly creative, original and playful way and can build a bridge between everyday life and the mystical and transpersonal world.

I have taught dreamwork at yoga centre Osmose in The Hague, the Oost West centrum in Rotterdam.

I have also thaught as a guest teacher with the Trance Art school of hypno-and regression therapy, as guest teacher for the VSD (Dutch Association for Study of Dreams) and in my own practice.

In 2000 I began studying past life therapy, and in 2002 I became a member of the NVRT, the Dutch Society of Past Life Therapists.
My background in psychology gives me a solid basis for understanding psychodynamics and working with the problems that can arise both in this life and in previous lives.
Since January 2002 I am a member of the NVRT, the Dutch Society of Past Life Therapists and since 2007 a professional member of EARTh, the European Associaton of Regression Therapists.


I followed courses on male and female energies and archetypes, on birth-and death processes, process therapy and Inner Child Work with the SRN (School of Reincarnation Therapy) in Utrecht and with Tasso education.
I have also followed courses in healing and family constellations.

In 2002-2003 I assisted with the training in hypno- and regression therapy at Trance Art education in The Hague.Since 2000 I have a private practice in Delft, where I teach dreamwork, and conduct private sessions in dreamwork, tarot readings, astrology readings and past life regression therapy.

In april 2007, I became a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids (OBOD). From May 2003 until October 2005 I was a member of the editorial staff of the Dream Journal, the quarterly magazine of the VSD. I wrote two articles for the magazine on dreamwalking and dream constellations.

In 2005, after a visit to the Greek island of Kefalonia, I began writing my first book, a spiritual adventure novel in which dreams, karma and reincarnation play a big part. The English edition of 'Curse of the Tahiéra' was published in the US in May 2009 and has received two awards for small publishers in the United States.

n 2007 I became a member of OBOD, the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids. Currently I am following the bardic course.

Creative inspiration began to spread to different areas, and in 2006 I started making jewellery inspired by ancient cultures and symbols. And in 2007 I started to play the Celtic harp.
It is no wonder many creative and sensitive people find their way to my practice!
