1. How do you screen candidates? Do you have documented acceptance criteria? If so, send them in to the committee.

2. Do you publish course outlines that show content, duration and cost of training? If so, please attach. If not, how is this communicated?

3. How many hours of tutor-faced regression therapy learning are you offering before a diploma or certificate is offered? (This means: teacher or supervisor is present, direct interaction with teacher or supervisor is going on.)

4. Send in your curriculum . Indicate the theoretical and the practical part.

5. What are you proud of and what are you ashamed of in your curriculum and in your way of running your school?

6. Do you require students to work on their personal issues using regression therapy? If so, how?

7. How do you assess skill and knowledge before awarding a certificate or diploma?

8. Please indicate your mandatory reading.

9. Do you have a code of ethics for your students to follow? If so, attach.

10. Do you have a feedback system to ensure that competence is continuously upheld? If so, describe it and attach whatever questionnaires you are using.

11. Please indicate the education and experience of your teachers as therapists and as teachers.

12. Do you record student admission, student progress and student graduation? Give an example of how this is done.

13. In what year did your training program start? How many times has it run?

14. What have been the minimum number and maximum number of students in any program?

15. How many graduates since the beginning?

16. Do you offer training modules after graduation? If so, which?

17. Are you doing any quality assurance after graduation? If so, which?

Basic for our evaluation are, of course, 2, 4 and 7: the duration and content of the curriculum, the graduation requirements and the responsible teachers.
