Elif graduated from the Biology Department at Hacettepe Üniversity. After graduation she enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Immunology, Tumor Biology and Radiation Oncology at Hacettepe University Medical School, and began to work in the Pathology Department of the Cytology Unit as well. While she was enrolled in the master’s program she began working on microscopic cancer cells, and has now been working with human cells for 23 years.
Elif has always approached life with an immense curiosity, focused on exploring and discovering meaning in the world.
Since her early years she has always been interested in spirituallity: about how energy works, about conciousness as well as the unconscious, about Ego Psycology, and about shamanic cultures and rituels. In order to uncover more of these mysteries she completed Reiki Healing courses as well as Master Programs with Dr. Büllur Memmedi, Ericsonian Hypnosis with Dr. Bülent Uran, Erickson Life Coaching with Marilyn Atkinson and Dr. Zerrin Başer, NLP Practitioner courses with Dr. Zerrin Başer, and Transaksional Analisis T101 with Prof Dr. Füsun Akkoyun.Afterwards she went to Radianced Regression School and became an Earth member in 2011. She also joined WCRT, the 4th World Congress of Regression, discovering how other collegues approached Regression therapies. In the Radianced School she participated in some advanced workshops given by Diba Ayten Yılmaz and Andy Tomlinson. These Life Between Life (LBL ) trainings caused a big spiritual awakening in her life though she did not complete the diploma process.Since 2012 she has been participating in workshops at Bilyay Istanbul, which is credited by Earth. Additionally, she has been participating in workshops on Unicorn Tranformational Studies. In 2013 she met Juanita and attended her energy workshops. Afterward, she decided to become a Deep Memory Process (DMP) practitioner, an approach founded by Roger Woolger. She finished her diploma process at the end of 2015 and is still attending advanced trainings given by Juanita. She has also attended Shamanic Journey workings with Juanita and Leo Rutherford.
Apart from Regression studies, she is following up with Tamer Dovucu’s Optimum Balance Training courses. At the end of February she plans to finish the family training given by Tamer Dovucu, who is co-founder and President of the Milton Erickson Institue in Turkey.
Elif’s intention in her work is to facilitate people in seeing themselves from new perspectives as well as to see themselves as a piece within the whole of perfection. She believes that Regression work is a brilliant gift given to the universe and humanity, and that the work she performs adds another drop to the ocean. With her fervent dedication to service she plans to continue to work and educate herself endlessly. Mode of therapy Regression Therapy

On Behalf of Earth Association for Regression Therapy. (EARTh)
How did we come up with this film?
This article introduces a new film currently being produced by EARTh around the topic of regression therapy. It will explain who EARTh is, describe the purpose of the film and describe its main target audience. It will then invite the reader, whether a regression therapist or another interested party, to actually view the film for their own professional interest.
Founded in Frankfurt, Germany in 2006, EARTh has outgrown its original purpose of providing a meeting place and creating common standards for professional regression therapists within Europe. It soon began to attract members from around the globe and has now become a world-wide association dedicated to promoting the profession of regression therapy as widely and effectively as possible. EARTh promotes professional standards of therapy and training, with each of our members being committed to follow a code of conduct.
The film is aimed primarily at professional and potential therapists interested in discovering more about what it takes to become a regression therapist. It explores the demands and rewards that unfold for both the therapist and the trainee therapist as a natural outcome of working and training in this field. More than that it aims to inform, educate and inspire the general public on the benefits of regression therapy. It also refers to the personal journeys of some of our own members and how those experiences affect and inspire others on their own journey. There is an implied invitation for any reader to view the film and share it to any and all of those that may be interested or gain benefit from it.
It was during 2013 that the idea first emerged for EARTh to create another film on the benefits of regression therapy. So we acted on a suggestion (from Hans TenDam) that the film could be aimed at other professional and potential therapists that show an interest in the subject. The approaching World Congress for Regression Therapy (WCRT5) offered a fine opportunity to stage the project while we had access to the experience and wisdom of many different therapists from around the world. The congress was held in Porto, Portugal in October 2014 under the theme of ‘Mind Healing Body, Body Healing Mind’. The interviews were held and we expect the film to be released early in 2016.
We had thus set ourselves a challenge in Porto and subsequently took on a team that held some awareness of regression therapy yet were not trained or practising in the field. Virginia Hernandez Rivera joined us as director assisted by Elena Valdivielso, with Iris Meigas conducting the interviews. I took on the role of producer and so the team began to take shape. Invitations were sent out to potential interviewees to make their contributions on camera and arrangements were made to set up the venue. We were ready to roll.
Then it happened. Twenty-two different interviews were filmed over the course of five days in which we witnessed one contributor after another opening up and telling their stories, offering their professional and personal experiences and showing us their own particular insights. The film attempts to take the viewer to the heart of regression therapy to discover the beauty that can be found as people go inside themselves to face their own issues and thus enable their own potential to heal. It happens for the teachers, the students and for the clients. These experiences are invariably described in an eloquent yet grounded manner as each interviewee describes their own ‘love story’.
The film explores different aspects of regression therapy and especially the training in the profession. As it begins with a description of what regression therapy is, it moves on to explore what is claimed to be special about it, what is special about the therapists and whether it actually works. Teachers comment on what they seek from a student, students comment on the difference it has made for them and it concludes with references into the state of the therapy today.
Virginia persuaded us of the need to make the film accessible to different platforms such as mobile phones, tablets and you-tube. The film is thus constructed in fifteen chapters of an average six minutes length each. Each chapter will address a particular aspect of regression therapy, beginning with ‘What on EARTh is Regression Therapy?’ Interviews were held with pioneers, trainers, therapists, students and clients of regression therapy. We also invited an objective perspective from the academic past life researcher, Professor Jim Tucker of the University of Virginia.
We hope that the viewer will be able to discern what regression therapy might mean for them; whether attracted to training or not, whether attracted to experiencing it or not, or whether an insight into the subject is simply interesting or enjoyable. Click here to see the film.
Bio: I was born in Ankara Turkey, and have worked in various professional work fields for the first half of my life. I lived in Istanbul for 4 years and then in the United States – New York, and Virginia- for 15 years.
It had been my lifelong quest to understand the depths and nature of human soul and the aim and meaning of life. I have started my own spiritual journey to understand why certain things happen in my life and the roots of my issues. No other modality has given me enough answers and resolution I had been looking for, until I came across regression therapy after spontaneously remembering a past life during meditation. First I started Regression Therapy to solve my own problems and later I had insights that it was my path to help others heal through this method.
I have studied and received my diploma through Radianced School by Diba Ayten Yılmaz in Turkey and since I dedicated myself to this work, I finished all advanced trainings. I am currently working full time as a regression therapist (past life and current life) in Ankara, Turkey. I conduct sessions in both Turkish and English. I occasionally travel to Istanbul, Izmir and other cities in Turkey to do sessions. I am also in the diploma process of Life Between Lives work and applying it to my clients when they are ready.
It is my passion and greatest pleasure to assist people in resolving their emotional issues to live a more fulfilling life. Looking forward to meeting you in person and soul.
