Most people who are suffering from these problems have tried several ineffectual solutions already. So, there might be a sense of weakness, of failure. Generally untried ways have a great advantage: if they don’t work it doesn’t reflect on you – it is simply a wrong suggestion.
We will approach such problems without diagnosing, without analysing, without picturing anything. We will do a short group session and then work with one or two people who seem to sense a new entry into the problem.
