My passion is for helping bring an energetic balance to others’ lives and in supporting the removal of the triggers and wounds caused by their past.
I have a diverse history of employment ranging from Social Care, Bank Manager to the RAF! But having struggled with anxiety disorders, PTSD and low self-esteem during most of my life, I was unable to ever settle in any place, job or fulfilling relationship. It wasn’t until I experienced Hypnotherapy, Spirit Release and Regression Therapy, in conjunction with my studies, was I able to overcome my anxiety, shame and self-sabotage. The profound healing power of these therapies has inspired me to train and continuously study so that I am able to help support others with issues that are negatively affecting their lives. My down to earth, empathic and compassionate nature, combined with my wish to live my life with authenticity and openness, helps me to connect with others in a deeply sensitive and supportive way. I provide comfortable therapy rooms in the Cotswold town of Stroud and in Bristol, but I am also able to hold sessions at your home and through Skype. I am fully insured, follow a client-centred approach and all sessions are completely confidential.
